My very important package wasn’t delivered but thankfully a worker in the office was able to find it and take the initiative to help me get it, I didn’t catch her name but I’m so thankful for the help!

Inside desk person not trained. Her finger nails were so long she couldn't push the buttons on her hand held calculator. So long that she couldn't even put the stamps on an envelope. Took forever do just do stamps for a birthday card; good grief!
A first grader could do a much better job.

Their posted time of opening is 8:30am. This is Tuesday and I waited until 8:45 and they still had not opened, nor did they respond to the bell that you ring for service. This is disgraceful and abusive to the public that they (theorically) serve!
