- JJJeannieDec 22, 20251.0Delivery of packages is terrible. Reported twice.Tracking says package is there but they says it isn't. They need to have a full turn over. I had 3 packages from my daughter.2 came and 1 didn't .Was labeled plus my address on it. Something not right.I will continue having them investigated. They said at this p.o.that it's lost.How can it be lost at this P.O. .It was the last place it was. Small p.o. Tracking g keeps saying its on back of truck and it will be delivered next day..That was on the 15 Dec. IT'S 21 DEC. still not here.

" Source from Google. Was rejected even though the label was covered. Said she had been working at this location for 30 years. They have accepted other boxes with logos. This time the logos were covered.
- BCBlu3 CloudsOct 7, 20254.0I would give them 5 stars for the lovely gentleman that work there but unfortunately the lady working there 10/7/25 @12pm was very rude. I arrived to pickup a package to which I previously spoke to one of the gentleman there and already arranged that I was gonna pick it up around 12. I get to the front desk and the gentleman takes my information and was gonna go back and look for the package and she stops him and starts asking me all these questions assuming I didn’t know what I was doing and that I may have called the wrong number. Overall, her attitude was aggressive and so unnecessary. I get it. We can have bad days, but if I haven’t even said anything to you, there’s no reason for you to come at me demanding me with these questions. It’s one thing to talk to people, but another to talk at people. Again, the gentlemen there were so sweet and helpful ! But she needs to take a day off lol
