The neighbors kept our items and the post office blew it off because their system said it was delivered. They don't bother to make things right. Several packages were opened and the empty envelope was still put in the mail box. I had to pay for a PO Box to ensure I get my importante mail sent there. I shouldn't have to pay for this but this post office is so incompetent and reckless.

The employee i dealt with was very clear with his instructions and everything went smoothly.

I LOOK AGAIN ON LINE AND IT SAID THAT MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED IN MY MAIL BOX ALREADY, I WENT TO MY MAIL BOX AND IT WAS NO PACKGE IN THE BOX AND NO MAIL AT ALL. I HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS LOOKIN AT MY MAIL BOX 24/7 AND NO MAIL MAN HAVE BEEN HERE AT ALL.
