Whether it's a package pickup from our mailbox our dropped off in their deposit box, they just can't seem to do their job. As a small business we rely on good customer service and orders arriving on time. They have cost us too much money to continue to use them as a carrier. It's truly sad how much this location in particular has declined over the years. They just don't care to do their job and take no pride in their work. Calling customer service to report missing mail does absolutely nothing to help refund the merchandise lost.
