I am filing a serious complaint regarding the conduct of one of your employees on September 20, 2025 4:15 pm This USPS worker pepper sprayed my dogs while they were inside my fenced yard. My dogs are chihuahuas, clearly not a threat, yet your employee decided to laugh, curse at them, and spray them with chemical irritant for no reason. My dogs were crying in pain after being sprayed completely terrified and defenseless. When I stepped outside to ask her why she did this, she refused to answer, refused to identify herself, and drove off laughing. To make matters worse, my younger sisters both minors were exposed to the spray in the air and ended up with pepper spray on their faces. That is not only reckless and cruel, but it also creates a serious liability for USPS. Let's be clear, pepper spray is a chemical weapon, and deploying it against small dogs behind a fence is not "self-defense" it is harassment, animal cruelty, and negligence. The fact that children were also harmed makes this situation even more disturbing. I am demanding a full investigation into this employee's actions. If this matter is not addressed properly, I will be escalating it to local law enforcement and social media , the USPS Office of Inspector General, and pursuing legal action for both animal cruelty and child endangerment. I expect written confirmation that this complaint has been received and a clear explanation of the steps that will be taken moving forward.
