Horton development and was told I had to retrieve my mail daily from the post office due to the mail man not installing our keys on the neighborhood mailbox. This is totally inconvenient being that the post office closes at 4:30pm. I am incredibly upset and want to get the community together to file a complaint against the lazy worker choosing not to install our locks!!! I was told they are waiting until the development is completed, which could take a few years!!! This is urgent and entirely careless on the post office's behalf. This will not be the last they hear from myself and many more angry customers to come!

- KSKiesha SmithFeb 14, 20261.0The inspector general needs to investigate the entire post office carriers and all the young girl that works the front counter swears she is the executive boss and wears all the hats mail does not get delivered when asked the staff either acts confused or gets angry it appears to be isolated incidents no one wears name tags all the reviews are true you will need a P. O box at another location to get your mail and packages on one occasion I overhead a supervisor in a meeting being very irate there was a Hispanic lady nervously working the counter this particular day. Yes they push the green button on the survey instead of allowing you to do so. I hope the OIG sees this review and acts accordingly!
