  Be warned... closing at 5pm on Sunday means you must be at the register by 5pm, so if you show up at 4:40 and there is a long line you have a good chance of not being helped. Very disappointed in customer service or lack there of today. At 5pm Caleb walked through the line and told everyone if they weren't helped in the next 10 minutes they would not be helped today. I was next in line at 5:10 and was told to leave the store because it's not his fault I didn't get there earlier. He also "bruh"-ed me. I am a female and I'm not your bruh or your bro!

  I came in this evening 12 minutes before closing, and while the line was already out the door, I was willing to wait. The problem wasn’t the wait it was how the situation was handled. The associate (a red-haired employee with glasses) continued allowing more customers to join the line despite how long it already was. I patiently waited over 10 minutes and was only two people away from being helped when he suddenly announced they were closed and would not be assisting anyone else, stating they had closed 10 minutes earlier — even though I arrived before closing time. Cutting off customers who arrived on time after they’ve already waited is unacceptable. The associate was unprofessional and rude, and this experience reflects very poor customer service. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.

  Imagine walking into the store at 4:59 pm or 5:00pm to hearing Trysta yelling from the front "We are closed, we can't take you, our manager is watching and we will get in trouble!"

  this store by far overcharge me for a shirt sent to another state that was in a 12x9 envelope. he used two different scales and the charge was $16 which cost more than the shirt. The package was not heavy either. Also I decided to ship it USPS. I've never been charged this much and I will never use the services of UPS if they are going to overcharge like this.
