I know your job isn’t easy, and you deal with some people who can be rude, impatient, or just flat-out disrespectful—but you always stay professional. If anyone ever gives you a bad review, it’s probably because something didn’t go the way they wanted or because they didn’t want to pay the correct price, not because of your service. I’ve never had a single bad experience here. You’ve always been straightforward, efficient, and genuinely helpful, which is exactly why I keep coming back. Honestly, I prefer coming here over FedEx or USPS any day. Thank you all for everything you do—it really is appreciated.
