This has been happening for almost the entire year we have been using this location. Would love to only have to come once to get packages not come twice. I have had employees tell me that they will find it and I can get it next time I come. The reason i pay for the box is the safety of the packages and the convenience to pick them all up. Would love some more training in process and organization so this can be remedied. Previously used to use the UPS store off of Camp Bowie for multiple years and we never had these issues so I know this is something that can be resolved. Thanks so much!
