The delivery got delayed by 7 days from when it was supposed to be delivered (well past the IRS deadline). I called the store customer service 2 days after the expected delivery date to report the missing package, and was told a manger would get back to me. It's been 7 days and I haven't heard from the manager yet. Today (10/20/25), when I called the store, a lady at the store said my ground UPS package can be delayed by 5-7 days and there is nothing they can do about it, and I am not eligible for a refund since it was UPS ground. Is this the level of accountability I can expect from a business when spending $14 for a 1-page shipment? It is pathetic!!!! I am never going back to this UPS store. USPS can provide the same level of incompetancy for far less money then $14 at UPS!
