  Don't return amazon packages here!! Packages “mysteriously” go missing. I dropped off at $107 playground and somehow Amazon never received a package and the receipt they gave me didn’t match with the item I dropped off. I’ve always returned at kohls or UPS in Burleson and never had a package “mysteriously” go missing until I went to this location.

  I’ve been dropping off packages at this UPS location every Tuesday, and I just want to say how amazing the staff are here! Everyone is always quick, efficient, and super friendly. Special thanks to Mercy — she’s incredibly helpful and always goes above and beyond to assist customers. I truly appreciate the great service and positive energy every time I come in. Highly recommend this location!

  Josiah, Bennie and Mercy were great! They were very helpful and friendly even though it was after store hours already. You rarely find that in employees these days. Keep up the great job!

  Hello This is a great UPS store. Customer service is good . I rate this store 5 stars from owner to employees. Special Kudos to an employee Josiah Who is courageous, efficient, and has a positive attitude. From mgmt on down this is an exceptional store. Thanks, Ms Freeman 🙏🏾
