    It seemed like the the gentleman and the lady were knowledgeable, but it seemed like they were just trying to upsell UPS. I asked for the most budget-friendly shipping as my item only cost me $2. I was informed that the cheapest shipping was $15 and I asked again. Is that the best price for USPS? I was informed no, that it was the best price from UPS. So I had to two more times request the cheapest price from USPS. I feel like I was being misled and I would hate it if others felt the same way.

    So patient with me and my returns. Never waited i. Line more than 2 minutes. Actually in and out within 3 minutes. They are quick and 7 days a week helps me out tremendously.

    ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience at this UPS Store. I came in to return a Temu order that was already packaged exactly how it arrived — sealed in a plastic shipping bag with a prepaid return label. Instead of just accepting it, they told me I had to buy one of their boxes or they wouldn’t take the return. That’s ridiculous. The package was secure and exactly as shipped from Temu, but they still tried to upsell me for no reason. Other UPS locations don’t play these games. It felt like a money grab and left me frustrated. I’ll avoid this store in the future and suggest others do the same.
