- MPmichael puglieseSep 23, 20221.0Do not use this company if you care about your admin sanity. We used them for 2 years as a backup during our hours not available and regret the choice. We had to question their ability to handle calls during lunch so often that we gave up. In May I was contacted as emergency call after hours on my cell phone “twice” from their office for customers that had daily circumstantial questions procedural to administrators to handle during hours. Of course no response to me going off on them in email just as they don’t respond when questioned. We cancelled service 8/31 after paying August 8/10 and their bill collector Mary is acting like we have a balance for not giving 30 days notice of cancellation. Preceded billing means billed prior to service therefore the service paid for is the service rendered. Stick with voicemail.
