  It constantly boggles my mind how UPS can be so awesome delivering to our rural address while FedEx is so totally awful start to finish. Their drivers NEVER deliver to my house, always instead dumping packages at the side of the highway in front of our house. They regularly LIE on the forms , saying there is a gate or some other fabrication to facilitate their lazy shirking of duties. I’ve tried giving every sort of feedback and they absolutely DON’T CARE. I tried calling customer service, spoke to some ESL person who put me on hold and then dumped the call. Use UPS if you actually care about what you’re sending/ receiving.

  Store hours say up until 8:45pm, I went earlier at 8:19pm on 01/07/26 and they just closed the door and turned off the lights. I just needed to give them a package, that was already on a folder. Fix your hours online if you are not consistent. We have to drive all the way here. Waste of gas and time, and money in our packaged, I bought a priority overnight because of your so call hours of availability.

  I’m trying to track my package that has been sitting in this facility for 2 days. I get 0 information and hung up on 3 different occasions. I drive all the way to the shipper only to call fed ex and them tell me the information I request hours ago without even speaking to anyone from the shipper. Moving forward if it ships fed ex I will not be buying it because I feel like at this point my package is stolen. Something that was shipped 12/1 is still in Texas 12/3 with express shipping. Unacceptable
