Their drivers NEVER deliver to my house, always instead dumping packages at the side of the highway in front of our house. They regularly LIE on the forms , saying there is a gate or some other fabrication to facilitate their lazy shirking of duties. I’ve tried giving every sort of feedback and they absolutely DON’T CARE. I tried calling customer service, spoke to some ESL person who put me on hold and then dumped the call. Use UPS if you actually care about what you’re sending/ receiving.

I just needed to give them a package, that was already on a folder. Fix your hours online if you are not consistent. We have to drive all the way here. Waste of gas and time, and money in our packaged, I bought a priority overnight because of your so call hours of availability.

I drive all the way to the shipper only to call fed ex and them tell me the information I request hours ago without even speaking to anyone from the shipper. Moving forward if it ships fed ex I will not be buying it because I feel like at this point my package is stolen. Something that was shipped 12/1 is still in Texas 12/3 with express shipping. Unacceptable
