I’ve been on the truck since Sunday and I still haven’t got it yet so don’t use FedEx anymore. There’s nothing but a joke. They did not knock on the door, they did not leave a note, to be delivered. We paid $100 for shipping... And the person who shipped the item didn't even require a signature. There's no reason why this item was not dropped off. The other half of the a shipment was dropped off on Friday. 48 hours later I still do not have my product. I do not have a shipment scheduled and I am just waiting and I'm still out $100.
