Yesterday, same situation, It was a completely opposite experience. This clerk, Mike Malloy, refused to take the package citing hazmat rules and regulations telling me that they only do 'Fedex air', etc. He instructed me to schedule a delivery pickup instead. Wasted my time and my drive.

Good I didn't trust for 3rd pickup, because I had a message attempting to clarify my location. At that point, I was at the shipping Center!!! The "pickup service " didn't grace me with that call the first 2 scheduled pickups. My package was on my porch for 24 hours, for the first time. I don't know where they've farmed the call service out to, but I sure won't trust them to get it done!!

For the past 2 months their employees have been delivering to another buisness whilst taking up patient and staff parking at my buisness. Though they have been asked to not park on our property these 2 drivers continue to do so with total disregard. They say their SUPERVISOR TOLD THEM IT WAS OK! They are trespassing and it is not OK. It is very frustrating that FEDEX has a very clear attitude that they just do not care what their employees do as long as they get the job done..until! Their vehicles start getting towed. I will use UPS any day after this situation..
