- AAAirportJul 31, 20251.0So here's some info. Watch them package your items. James served us in 07/25/25 @ 1:07 pm. We explained we had a ceramic skull that needed to be bubble wrapped. We offered to do it so we could make sure it was done correctly. He said "no, I'll even add peanuts. I'll take care of it and it will be fine." Then he tried to rush us off saying he would do it in a few mins. We trusted him and he let us down. We spent $132.69. Well we just picked it up when we returned today and the box had no fragile stickers, the skull was NOT by bubble wrapped, and there were no peanuts. He layed brown paper on the bottom and had the nose of the skull pointed down and the horns up, with NO protection!! He lied. He is lazy. Unacceptable Jason!! Now we have to glue all the tiny pieces together and it's still going to be broke. All it took was a little kindness and effort. May someone not help you amd break something of yours, then maybe you will care. You can't get a claim through FedEx as they make it impossible to file a claim. That's a scam in itself!!! Try a little harder.

People complain about wait times and packing requirements....Print your labels before and make sure you pack it according to company guidelines. The employees can't help you if you can't help yourself. Gizelle is always helpful, beautiful and smiling every time I walk in!!

So, she requested me to purchase an extra box and filler. However, UXS' employee told me that it was excellent and they shipped it safe and sound... Thank you.
