  So here's some info. Watch them package your items. James served us in 07/25/25 @ 1:07 pm. We explained we had a ceramic skull that needed to be bubble wrapped. We offered to do it so we could make sure it was done correctly. He said "no, I'll even add peanuts. I'll take care of it and it will be fine." Then he tried to rush us off saying he would do it in a few mins. We trusted him and he let us down. We spent $132.69. Well we just picked it up when we returned today and the box had no fragile stickers, the skull was NOT by bubble wrapped, and there were no peanuts. He layed brown paper on the bottom and had the nose of the skull pointed down and the horns up, with NO protection!! He lied. He is lazy. Unacceptable Jason!! Now we have to glue all the tiny pieces together and it's still going to be broke. All it took was a little kindness and effort. May someone not help you amd break something of yours, then maybe you will care. You can't get a claim through FedEx as they make it impossible to file a claim. That's a scam in itself!!! Try a little harder.

  Been coming here since I moved to this area in 2016. I've never felt inclined to write a review for this place because it's always met my needs and nothing more. Never had any issues. So there's 3 stars for anyone just looking for a FedEx facility. Now let's get into why 3 stars. Recently there has been one particular worker (female working the desk between 2pm to 3pm on May 31, 2024), and she is entirely my motivation for writing this. Over the last few visits to ship off items, she has given me nothing but terrible customer service during my time here. Either it's weird looks for the items I bring in (literally shoe boxes because I'm a reseller) or just abrupt responses with little to no eye contact. Not even a hello or you're welcome whatsoever. Now look, I get it. Some people have bad days or get busy hours and don't have the time. I've been in customer service for 15 years and have trained people in the industry so I understand the job. But when I experience this worker treating others perfectly fine with a smile and support, then it's my turn in line and the smile disappears, I can't help but assume it's me in some way. Whether it's my looks or vibe or whatever, every time I've dealt with this person, she has been nothing but stern and abrasive with me. But hey, shout out to the other worker there, he was super helpful and even tapes up my boxes for me and talks me through all the shipping options before I send anything out. So props to him. Long story short, if you don't care about customer service, this place does the job. But as someone that understands what it means to help people and make them feel heard and supported, she checks zero boxes.
