- RRRay RayAug 21, 20251.0I showed up at this location 4 minutes to close there was a heavy set white lady who I didn't catch her name she asked me what I wanted and I told her what I needed and she told me that she couldn't help me for me to go to another store I told her that I needed to send these books to my daughter in college that she needed them by by Monday and then when she was telling me that she couldn't help me another employee named Jason told me that he would help me get it done I highly recommend Jason if anybody really needs something done as the other person I can't really speak I didn't catch your name but Jason was a good employee when I was way stayed a couple minutes late to help me get what I need and he deserves high praise thank you Jason

The lady at the counter informed us that we need to buy a new box and packing foam. We explained that it was sent in the exact same packing. She had to get her manager involved [for no reason I might add], he informed us we had to buy a box and packing foam as our package was unsafe to send in the condition it was in. Frustrated I asked how much was a box and packing foam. He measured and informed me that it would be $19 plus tax. Yeah, that's not happening on something I was returning. Took the exact same box to the FedEx on Bryant Irving. They asked, " do you have a label." of course we did. They took the box and promised it would go out first thing in the morning. The FedEx store on Hulen is just running a racket to extort money from people. Its very deceptive and should be illegal.
