- TMTam MccloudDec 1, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx Office location. I came in with a simple question for the employees, and instead of helping me, one of the workers told me to “hold on” and then walked out to her car, leaving me standing there with no assistance. This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I value my time, and I expected basic customer service at the very least, acknowledgment and a willingness to help. Instead, I was ignored. I hope management addresses this behavior, because customers deserve better.
- RRRay RayAug 21, 20251.0I showed up at this location 4 minutes to close there was a heavy set white lady who I didn't catch her name she asked me what I wanted and I told her what I needed and she told me that she couldn't help me for me to go to another store I told her that I needed to send these books to my daughter in college that she needed them by by Monday and then when she was telling me that she couldn't help me another employee named Jason told me that he would help me get it done I highly recommend Jason if anybody really needs something done as the other person I can't really speak I didn't catch your name but Jason was a good employee when I was way stayed a couple minutes late to help me get what I need and he deserves high praise thank you Jason
