The lady at the counter literally did not say a single word to me when I was trying to drop off a package. Another employee told me I had to go to her. So strange.

Just wanted to say I came in a month ago and I had the pleasure of working with Chris. I'm not sure if he is the manager , but I believe he is the manager, if not he should be.
From the moment I walked in he greeted me politely and asked if he could help me with anything. He also assisted me with copy machine when I had trouble using it and helped me put money on my copy card , since the machine wasn't working properly. Chris just had the best attitude!
I must say in a world where things can be confusing and customer service lacking.. I had so much to do and so much on my mind. Chris made my day go smoothly! it was a pleasure coming in to Fed Ex! Just wanted to give him a shout out and hope Fed Ex knows what a valued employee he is!

I came in to mail a record to Colorado this morning, and I had some questions. Dee was the lady at the counter, and she may of just been having a bad day, but her demeanor was very rude. I could tell I was an inconvenience. It wasn’t a good feeling as a customer, and I felt it should be called out. It appears I am not the first to have had a similar experience. I pray she learns to find fulfillment in her career.
