Watching an associate efficiently assist three different shipping customers while also being incredibly patient with me regarding the details of my prints left my jaw on the floor. 🤷🏽♀️ He's clearly a seasoned pro, and I'm grateful to know I'll be in good hands for all of my future business.

Definitely need to train this individual on how to be courteous and more helpful. Left without getting anything done and I had a lot of copying to do.
