- BBBrodyNov 5, 20251.0Cannot get in contact with a human via any means of customer service. Fedex has the worst automated "assistant" that refuses to connect you with anyone to manage a delivery. They just lost a long time customer who's done thousands in business with them.

I was rushing and came in just 5 minutes before closing, and had a larger than normal self-print job, and he helped me get it all done with a good demeanor and even helped when I made a mistake with not loading enough specialty paper. He helped me get it done. Keep it up, Tim! All the Best~

As a paying customer, you should be grateful that I am providing you business. He then had the audacity to ask me how many packages I had after he already told me he wasn’t going to send them. Like what ??? He didn’t even want to do any of them. No wonder he can’t keep any employees. He’s a terrible manager.
