I normally don't take the time to write reviews, however I did want to call out the UPS Store on Fort Sam for their great work. My laptop was shipped out and I did opt to have the store package my items. Great work thank you!

BLUF: I may use this site for Amazon returns in the future due to the convenience, but I would rather drive an hour in traffic to an open USPS than mail another package here. I won't be coming back to this location to mail anything off again. The employee that I interacted with, Eppary, was incredibly unprofessional. From the first thing she said, her tone clearly conveyed she did not want to help. She was curt and dismissive throughout the interaction. Maybe Eppary was having a bad day, but that's still no reason to treat customers like that without provocation. I requested the From address be written as "_____ and the _____ family" when asked to check the information, instead of just my name. I also lifted the package to show her, as I had written the To/From on the package due to originally planning to send via USPS. After huffing, she changed it to "The _____ family". When I said "No, I need it to be _____ and the _____ family" Eppary rolled her eyes and huffed again, clearly hitting the keys more forcefully than before. Her tone got disrespectful after that. When the receipt printed she tried to immediately send me on my way. However, for both packages I was mailing I checked the "Print Terms & Conditions" but neither one printed. When I asked for them, she huffed more and called someone else. They were unable to print them for me, but I got a text later with the link to the terms and conditions on the UPS website. Overall a bad experience. Do not recommend sending mail here.

Young woman black. Doesn't even acknowledge you when you walk in the store. I say good morning they say nothing back. I hand them My package they scanned it never even said a word. I said thank you again, they don't even look at me. I say thank you have a good day. They handed me my slip and didn't even acknowledge me. Put in a complaint hopefully they will get rid of this person they're absolutely terrible and should not work anywhere where they have to do customer service.

The young lady in this specific store was very kind and quick. She was faster than the post offices and she was working the store alone. This was by far the best service I’ve ever had in shipping anything.

I am significantly dissatisfied with the UPS store's handling of a recent package, an experience that underscores a clear lack of professionalism. On December 3rd, I ordered an item from Shein, which inexplicably arrived at the UPS store on December 16th. These were Christmas gifts for my 2 children. The intended delivery address was to a PO box at the Post Office on Fort Sam Houston, Texas, a mile away. For reasons that remain baffling, the UPS store accepted the package, despite the clear discrepancy. When I inquired about this grave error, a staff member named Apari dismissively stated that this "happens all the time." Furthermore, the manager Mike was very rude and attempted to charged me for the inconvenience of their own mistake. This unprofessional behavior and blatant disregard for correct procedures is unacceptable, and potential customers should be aware.
