I am reporting an issue involving two birthday cards that were mailed from Metroplex, Michigan to Fort Hood, Texas. The cards were sent by my wife’s grandmother for my wife’s 40th birthday on November 14th and my son’s 13th birthday on November 15th.
Both cards were received today, but each envelope had already been opened before delivery. We know that money was enclosed in both cards, as my wife’s grandmother included a note saying “buy something nice.” Unfortunately, the money was missing when the cards arrived, indicating that it was stolen while in transit.

Very very rude workers. First time very being in a post office. Was told to go to the post office to get my keys for my mailbox. Got told I was at the wrong location I asked where I need to go cause I have packages already in the mailbox and was told. Why would you get mail sent to you when you don’t have the keys yet.

Impossible to contact. I had a package that was sent to my old address by mistake. When I tried to call nobody answered, so I tried again and still no answer. Now I'm getting a busy signal, i.e. they just took the receiver off the phone so I can't call now.

This Post Office needs to be under investigation for numerous infractions as stated on previous reviews. Ridiculous that two packages and two letters that I sent to my service member were all "lost" once it was tracked to this post office. Never to be found. Used UPS and FEDEX and everything has made it with no issues. Lack of character and honor at this place as my service member was yelled at when trying to find the "lost" items because the USPS personnel said the packages never made it. Lol , so I guess the tracker is wrong, right? Highly NOT likely. As a Vet, it's pathetic that so many military personnel and civilians have to deal with sub par federal employees not giving zero ducks about them or their mail/packages. Do not use, unless you want your packages/letters "lost."
Easy score, 0 out of 0 across the board.
