I am reporting an issue involving two birthday cards that were mailed from Metroplex, Michigan to Fort Hood, Texas. The cards were sent by my wife’s grandmother for my wife’s 40th birthday on November 14th and my son’s 13th birthday on November 15th. Both cards were received today, but each envelope had already been opened before delivery. We know that money was enclosed in both cards, as my wife’s grandmother included a note saying “buy something nice.” Unfortunately, the money was missing when the cards arrived, indicating that it was stolen while in transit.

Very very rude workers. First time very being in a post office. Was told to go to the post office to get my keys for my mailbox. Got told I was at the wrong location I asked where I need to go cause I have packages already in the mailbox and was told. Why would you get mail sent to you when you don’t have the keys yet.

The dark Skin Lady with her glasses in the post office is very very rude and disrespectful she does not know how to act or talk to people. I was reading the review before I went there to open a P.O. Box but everything is true about her. I don’t know what the Post office is waiting for to change her or you guys prefer to lose clients that’s fine. They need to put people who know how to talk with customers fr.

Such rude people! Especially one lady in particular! I hate that I didn’t get her name but I will go back and update this and call... but what do our comments matter? Nothing is going to change anyway!
