Several of my packages have gone missing, and each time I was told they were “delivered” — either marked as left in person or just marked delivered in general. In reality, they were never received and are likely lost or stolen. I even went down in person to speak with someone at the post office. The worker I spoke to was kind and genuinely tried to help, even taking my number in case they found anything. Unfortunately, nothing ever turned up, and I never got a follow-up. It’s incredibly frustrating to lose multiple packages with no resolution. I can’t rely on this service anymore, and it’s disappointing that customers are left without answers or accountability. Would give this place 0 stars if I could.
