    Very difficult getting mail service I’ve been waiting for them to open a box for a whole week. Never sent anyone out and my package is just sitting there.

    We are here in the retail side trying to mail a package, some people have been here more than 5 minutes and no clerk. She’s gotta do everything including going to go get packages from another trailer. Terrible service! Not from the employees, the Postal Service needs to hire more people here in Forney for this business! 😕

    I’ve had an extremely negative experience with the postal service. Several of my packages have gone missing, and each time I was told they were “delivered” — either marked as left in person or just marked delivered in general. In reality, they were never received and are likely lost or stolen. I even went down in person to speak with someone at the post office. The worker I spoke to was kind and genuinely tried to help, even taking my number in case they found anything. Unfortunately, nothing ever turned up, and I never got a follow-up. It’s incredibly frustrating to lose multiple packages with no resolution. I can’t rely on this service anymore, and it’s disappointing that customers are left without answers or accountability. Would give this place 0 stars if I could.
