  Store has no explanation why 2 day air return took 5 days and got struck for two days in Arlington before delivery. They did charge premium but provided poor service. Store manager 's favor losing statement when asked for return /refund for a return shipping not used was "Ask customer if Amazon refund without returning product". I really wish this manager knows UPS sells transportation service not physical goods. Amazon doesnt need the original box to return too!. The ladies are nice and helpful but overall experience with UPS was really bad!

  Their employees are friendly and very knowledgeable. If there is a wait, the line moves quickly due to the staff being quick and efficient.

  The customer service has been incredible. On one occasion I left my keys on the table and Nook figured out that they were my keys and called me to let me know they were safe and that she had them. She always greets me with a smile, a wave or by name. She is a keeper.

  ⸻ I had a very disappointing experience at the UPS Store located at 2499 & Dickson. I was asked by Verizon to drop off my internet equipment for return shipment, but the staff refused to accept it, claiming their “system was not working.” What’s frustrating is that this seems to be a pattern — anytime it’s a prepaid or free return service, there’s always some kind of excuse or push to purchase their boxes or supplies. That’s not acceptable customer service. I ended up going to the UPS Store next to Tom Thumb, and they processed the exact same Verizon return immediately without hesitation. Clearly, it can be done. I understand these are franchise locations and each owner may operate independently, but customer service standards should not vary this drastically. This is not how you build trust or long-term business relationships. Very disappointing experience.
