Don’t listen to people like JK who call everything discrimination. It’s a good post office, and people are probably rude to you because you’re rude to them. Your 1 star review is totally going to stop people from using the post office because you call it racist lol

I would highly recommend avoiding this location if you can help it. I had the misfortune of dealing with the Vietnamese woman working the counter, and her behavior was completely unacceptable. She was incredibly rude, dismissive, and just plain nasty to customers. Instead of being helpful especially with time-sensitive matters she acted like answering basic questions was a personal insult. It is a miserable experience to be treated so poorly when you are just trying to get a service done. Save yourself the headache and go to a different branch where the staff actually knows how to be professional.

I wish I could give negative stars. I had a passport appointment scheduled for 10:45 AM and arrived on time. Unfortunately, the experience at the Flower Mound USPS location was extremely disappointing. About three hours into the morning shift, the passport clerk took a 45-minute break while the lobby continued to fill up and the line grew longer. Customers were left waiting with no clear communication other than, “She will be back.” There was no sense of urgency, no proactive updates, and no customer care. The overall service was poor, the attitude was dismissive, and the processing time was unacceptable for scheduled appointments. For something as important and time-sensitive as a passport appointment, the lack of professionalism was frustrating. I hope leadership addresses the customer service and operational issues at this location. Poor service from the front desk clerks to the supervisor on staff

I went here to get my passport. Most of the staff were friendly. There was only one person at the main desk and she was doing her best against some frustrated customers. They are on the slower side. My appointment was at 11:15, but they did not get me in until close to 11:50.

The guy there today was extremely rude and not helpful. Waited in line for about 20 minutes since he was the only one working. I had a prepaid pkg that needed tape. He told me I needed to get out of line to buy tape or go home and tape it and bring it back. He had tape sitting there and when I asked if I could buy that tape that he was using for other pkgs he said “you can’t use this tape. It’s premium tape for special people”. You know what they say, “to judge a man’s true character, give him power”. I left for a few minutes to grab my wallet. And when I walked back in a lady was yelling at him for being so rude. This guy should not be in customer service. He belongs in the back.
