It says they accept walk ins for specific services online, but they refuse. Even when there is absolutely no line and admitting that there previous appointment didn’t even show. Ridiculous!

The removed star has nothing to do with the post office itself (YET, as its been 2 days and the package i sent through priority mail STILL hasn't left the office), but I removed one because too many mean and weird old people were in there who kept nastily asking me me why the desk is closed as if it was my fault. What should have taken me 5 minutes took 15 because of all these clueless, rude old people.
