The African American male flirts with women customers and talks extremely to long this is the fourth or fifth time i've come to this location, and he was there at the desk set an alarm for 40 minutes because he's constantly talking with every female that walks to up to his desk is truly annoying. It's one thing of being professional and having good customer service is another when you just steadily flirting

Yesterday I went to ship two packages and two letters. I was anxious about sending one of my parcels because it was a long, round, tube, and I had never shipped an oddly-shaped package before. There was a kind lady working there that came right over and made the process extremely simple and easy for me—without even asking, she figured out the package measurements and just told me what to type in. Not only that, she went right on to help the other people using the self-service machines. Her kindness and helpfulness honestly made my day. If she sees this, thank you sincerely, you have a beautiful soul 💛

I grew up in Flower Mound and moved away for college. This was always my post office and I was used to the way it was. It’s a big town! It’s been a busy post office for 30 years. Today I was in town for doctor visits and had a return to drop off. I was expecting it to take a solid 20+ minutes at least. The ladies at the counter were so kind to me and to the people in front of me and took their time to ensure everyone had all the information we needed. I was in and out in ten minutes during the lunch hour on a Wednesday. Truly could not ask for more from the post office. Y’all are great. :)
