Shipping from here couldn't have been easier. Gabby diligently bubble wrapped and packed all my items with speed and care. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. I will be coming back here next time I need to ship something.

STAY AWAY FROM FEDEX in FLOWER MOUND
One of their employees stole my iPhone 17 Pro Max- Silver from one of their warehouses in Flower Mound TX.
If you plan on wasting your money and loosing valuable items you’ve worked hard for DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

Never had any issues shipping out of this store. The staff have always been helpful and gotten me out quickly. It is a smaller place with 1 or 2 staff members though so if you see a long line and you're in a hurry, it might be better to try another, larger location.

Let me note- I had no problem shipping the product at the store but am disappointed with service thereafter.
Highly disappointed with FedEx and would rate this a zero if there was the option. I shipped a care package to my college aged son out of state. They have missed the date for delivery by several days. When I called customer service they told me sorry nothing they can do. When I asked to speak to someone else and they put me through to a customer advocate he told me nothing they can do as they no longer guarantee packages, then he told me that although the tracking number shows that the package has been sitting in two warehouses within an hour of him for days that it wasn't delivered on time because they don't have his apartment number. I said the apartment number is on the receipt that I"m looking at would you like a copy- he told me no, they don't have it or a phone number. He essentially called me a liar as the information is on the receipt and then when I asked for his customer ID number he said he couldn't give it to me only his first name and last initial. I have documented both representative's names and will be calling district manager. Oh, but he did tell me that the package would be delivered on a Sunday and I asked how could they do that without an apartment number? I mean if that was the reason for the hold up, I didn't give him the number- just caught him in a lie. I hope the call was recorded. I am completely upset by their lack of customer service and willingness to help and will never plan to use FedEx again.
