The stupid postman put my package in the parcel locker but failed to put the key in my box so anyone could’ve grabbed my package 😡
This town too small to make this mistake

Very friendly service every time I've gone in. One of the clerks there went above and beyond when I had several letters to mail and I really appreciated her help. This is the best post office I've ever been to in North Texas.

I am updating my review. I wrote my original review over a year ago. I'm raising my review to two stars because my mail hasn't been creased for several months.
‐------------------------------------‐‐----------------------------
Sometimes I get mail belonging to my neighbor. I never received some stuff sent to me. I wonder if it got delivered to the wrong address.
In the past I called the post office, asking them to not crease my mail. I understand folding it to make it fit in the mailbox, but creasing it is not necessary. Anyway, I was told that's how they do things and they will not make changes. I've lived in other cities in Texas and even out of state, and Ferris is the only town that I have received my oversized mail with big creases. I've had certificates, pictures and calendars ruined.
The USPS is driving itself out of business.

The service is terrible half the time, particularly if you get Wanda, who doesn't seem to know how to do her job. The drivers are too lazy to actually pull into the driveway and honk if there's a package that needs to be delivered, instead choosing to force you to go up to the post office the next day, which is double inconvenient if you work the same hours they're open and you get Wanda The Slowest Person In There. I live in the outskirts and it's no quick jaunt to get there. I don't know why the drivers are so lazy now, they used to pull in and honk. It used to be so much better five years ago, but it keeps going further and further down the drain. Screw this post office, I wish we had a better one.
