- HHHeatherFeb 12, 20212.0Almost always it’s a great experience at the fate post office. However I had guaranteed delivery and they told me they couldn’t refund the money until it was delivered. I’m not super upset about this but I went to another post office to make sure and they emailed the distribution plant for me. My issue was the person that was there today told me it left the distribution center and I told her it says “arrived” not “departed”. Anyways it’s apparently protocol to email the distribution center if it’s priority expressed guaranteed and if I had not gone to the other post office then this wouldn’t of gotten done.
