  I visited this location most weekdays for the last 3-4 months to drop off packages and the staff was consistently prompt, friendly, and professional. The owner of the location, Mr. Patel, is especially knowledgeable and witnessing his customer service skills when they were slammed around the holidays or peak hours was honestly impressive. The staff behind the counter move quickly and show patience and respect towards everyone. Thank you guys for always making the end of my workday easy and fast!

  They charge to print Amazon labels whereas other franchises in the area do not! They are getting paid by Amazon to accept the packages so charging to print the label is bad business and greed! Also, they need to update the store where the doors automatically open since most customers have their hands full of packages!

  The service here is great and always delivered with a smile (and low prices): - Came out to car to notarize documents for my elderly mom when she didn’t have her wheelchair - Wrapped & shipped artwork, no problem - Printed from memory stick on a Sunday when other places are closed - Notarized with no wait - Returned more Amazon packages than I can count; never any issues So happy this place is so handy. HIGHLY recommend!

  The health care insurance company required their forms be sent via archaic fax. Not only was the UPS Store the cheapest in the area, they provided a transmission receipt as proof that the documents were indeed sent. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. Despite them being super busy with customers doing last minute holiday shipping and receiving Amazon return, they were super friendly. I highly recommend this location for all your shipping and FAX needs!
