  So easy and painless to. Davis gave excellent customer service, thought of every option possible to make it as economical and planet, friendly as possible, and did it quickly and with a smile, you could tell he genuinely wanted to help.

  I regularly use this FedEx location to drop off shipments for my business, and unfortunately, the employees here are consistently unpleasant to deal with. I often bring in packages that weigh between 40 to 70 pounds, sometimes including barbells that are about 7 feet long and weigh around 45 pounds. All of these shipments are well within FedEx Ground’s official drop-off policies, and I always make sure I am following their rules regarding what is allowed to be accepted at these locations. Despite this, I am given attitude almost every time I bring something in that is even slightly large or inconvenient to handle. Today was especially frustrating. I showed up during their posted hours of operation, and the door was locked. After waiting, an employee eventually came to the door and immediately started giving me a hard time about dropping off a barbell. I asked if there was a new FedEx policy that prevented me from bringing in this type of shipment, and I made it clear that I would be more than happy to follow any updated rules if that were the case. However, there is no new policy. I was simply being given pushback for bringing in an item that the store is fully capable of accepting under FedEx guidelines. For the manager or owner reading this, the employee I dealt with today is a slim white male, approximately 5'8" to 5'9", with black hair and glasses. He is the same individual I have had issues with on multiple prior visits and is consistently unpleasant when I am dropping off larger shipments. I understand that some items may be a bit cumbersome, but shipping packages is literally the service this location provides. As a paying customer who is following all official policies, I should not be made to feel like I am doing something wrong by using the service exactly as intended. This has been a recurring issue, and it is disappointing to be treated this way at a place I rely on for regular business shipments.

  Lets talk about Excellent Customer Service. Tim at this Fed Ex store location gets all 10's for outstanding customer skills. Dropping of your packages with Tim and all the great associates at this location will be done Friendly, Professionallly and with a quick pace to get you in and out. Bravo FedEx you have a Top Notch Associate his name is Tim. Great job 👍

  I came out here today. The guy that attended to me is a good guy. He was super nice and assisted me in a much better way he didn’t really need to. It’s a small thing, but it made my day! So thank you!!!

  Very bad experienc at this location , they told me they can’t take my boxes while I never faced this issue at any other location , I won’t come back here again , staff were very rude and yelling for no reason
