Like she was tired, I told her where I do get copies she didn't know and sarcastic again and she told me the she couldn't give me more time because my appointment was passed, and when my husband and my little boy came in for his appointment she take 30 min talking about her children's and she said to other lady where she can get the copies, she really help if you are white people She has no manners.
