Now with the new carrier I ordered a Water pond lettuce live plant. On the box in bright red letters it states Do No Place In Hot Mailbox, Place In Shade Area Our carrier put the plant in the very hot mail box, I have a metal stand that says please place package here. (Its in the shade) if the letters were not printed so big on the box I could understand. Our old postman went out of his was to make sure packages were delivered safely. I am so disappointed
