They were ready in 1 1/2 hrs. Each balloon was not tied in a knot they just had the ribbon tied on each one. I had to undo each one and tie each balloon or the helium would've leaked out. Just a warning to anyone who has them fill balloons. Maybe the employees need a bit more training? I'd have been so disappointed if I'd lost helium before recognizing this problem.
