  11:50 AM First time Amazon return at staples, accidentally entered the wrong end and the bald black guy was rude and condescending as to further make an embarrassing moment even more so. The white girl was rude as well she said nothing to me during the return but you’re good to go at the end. Will never return and will let everyone I know to avoid this location. Being kind to customers is not hard. I believe I got this treatment because their conversation was interrupted. It continued as I completed my return as well unprofessional and tacky smh do better

  Worst service. One time I had to go get 25 invitation cards printed. Male worker there told me, they are very busy come back after 3 days. But I needed the cards same day. He told me it’s to more than double the charges. Since I was desperate and agreed. I timed him from start to finish it took him 3 mins 11secs to print 25 cards and check out. I showed him how long it took him and how much he charged. He was rude and very unprofessional and told me that’s how it’s going to be.

  As soon as I walked in the store, I was greeted by a friendly employee. Im sorry I did t get his name but he had long awesome hair. He was very helpful. Quick and easy. Very pleasant visit.

  Jahmil saved my last minute printing project! I came in a total mess an hour before closing but he was kind and knowledgeable and straightened me out. I really thought my project was doomed (my fault for being last minute) so I appreciate the rescue. I saw him efficiently helping out others while I was there too. Staples should be proud to have him. Thanks again Jahmil!
