To help get the line down and allow me & another customer to do ann Amazon return-which Staples is an approved company for drop off. What I get is attitude and was told “they are paying customers and I’m only doing an Amazon return”. Well you’ve lost my business for damn sure because I have been a paying customer for years! Retail isn’t for you…especially if you cannot multitask.
- RSRachel SzaboDec 15, 20255.0Mr Ron Bibbs, the store manager was my hero on Friday!! I had a homemakers flower arranging class at church the next day and I needed to print out copies of handouts. I had just flew in from out of state and was in a hurry so I went straight to the self printing machines. For some reason my phone was not letting me email the files to the machine. I reached out to the nearest employee which was Mr Bibbs. He was taking down a temporary sign. His customer service was impeccable!! Not only did he take the time to listen to my problem he escorted me back to his office so I can email him directly. He then downloaded the files on to a usb stick and then took me back to the copy machine where he personally printed out the two files. Now that alone would get me to write a five star review, but there was so much more!! All the while he was helping me he was helping others. As we walked to his office he was taking down more temporary signs, as we sat at his desk he took incoming calls and fielded questions from staff through his ear piece. Back at the machine he noticed a lady had mistakenly lined up in the Amazon returns line and he nicely brought it to her attention so she didn’t waist time there instead of going to the checkout line. The machine next to ours had a paper jam and he quickly fixed that. All of this was happening while we were enjoying a nice conversation while getting my handouts printed!! You can tell he “owned” his store. He ran it so smoothly. At the end he surprised me by not charging for the handouts for our church ladies. I went in to the store with a mission to get in and out quickly. I left there so happy. All the ladies at church now have heard about Mr Bibbs and now I hope this review helps others. Euless Staples is the best with customer service because of the leadership of Mr Bibbs! Thank you, Sir. You are a standout and you are greatly appreciated!
