First of all, you can't get anyone on the the phone so you have to go up and talk to them in person, secondly, this post office has cost me hundreds of dollars in lost items. I order treats for my dogs but the package has been LOCKED in the parcel locker bc the delivery drivers can't manage to also give us the KEY. We've also had soap delivered more recently but those items were also damaged. Turns out, most items don't like being locked in a metal box for days on end. Do better! I'm at the point where everytime I see something not delivered to my front door I assume the post office either lost it, delivered it to the wrong address, or forgot to leave the CORRECT parcel locker key. I'm not worried about theft if the items are left at my door. I'm more concerned about the post offices blatant negligence and lack of care.

So I am now having to file a claim and who knows how long that's gonna take. Update: so I ordered three separate items that should have arrived within days of each other. None of them arrived. All of these missing packages have been silver bullion. 4 packages in 5 months. Everything else i order arrives just fine. Someone is 1000% stealing my packages and they are doing nothing about it. Reported to OIG have not heard back and don't expect I will. I would advise anyone shipping valuables to use another service or another post office.

He will throw them out of his window on to your driveway even if the package says fragile. SHAME ON YOU GREG FRENCH AND SHAME ON YOU USPS FOR KEEPING THESE PEOPLE EMPLOYED EVEN AFTER 100+ PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT GREG AND YOUR LACKLUSTER EMPLOYEES.
