- HRHailey RayNov 18, 20251.0This is the worst post office I've ever worked with. First of all, you can't get anyone on the the phone so you have to go up and talk to them in person, secondly, this post office has cost me hundreds of dollars in lost items. I order treats for my dogs but the package has been LOCKED in the parcel locker bc the delivery drivers can't manage to also give us the KEY. We've also had soap delivered more recently but those items were also damaged. Turns out, most items don't like being locked in a metal box for days on end. Do better! I'm at the point where everytime I see something not delivered to my front door I assume the post office either lost it, delivered it to the wrong address, or forgot to leave the CORRECT parcel locker key. I'm not worried about theft if the items are left at my door. I'm more concerned about the post offices blatant negligence and lack of care.

He will throw them out of his window on to your driveway even if the package says fragile. SHAME ON YOU GREG FRENCH AND SHAME ON YOU USPS FOR KEEPING THESE PEOPLE EMPLOYED EVEN AFTER 100+ PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT GREG AND YOUR LACKLUSTER EMPLOYEES.
- EDElizabeth DenkerSep 2, 20252.0Whomever is delivering into the evening should be 1. Ashamed and 2. Reprimanded for being so careless with parcels. It is not Greg or Lisa (those two have been great so far)...someone else just threw a deliver out the window into our fence on 1181 while my husband was walking toward them. I understand they have a schedule to keep, but throwing items is unacceptable and as someone is walking up to them is just ballsy. If you don't care, find another role to fill that doesn't involve someone else's belongings.
