Ms Tosha was working alone when I walked in and needless to say on a Monday during Christmas is was a good flow of people. She would take the time to acknowledge every single person who walked in with kindness as she managed to work between two computers to multi task. That type of work ethic is a rare sight indeed. She is 10/10 ! UPS, you are blessed to have such a hard working employee.
