I have been a client with Hillard for over 5 years. We leased printers for over 3 years with them for my tax business. They recommended an upgrade when the lease expired. The new printers do not come near matching the functionality of the old printers. As result, we have printers they do not meet our needs. We have attempted to work with Hillard to return and get out of new lease to no avail. You would think Hillard would stand behind their recommendations. However, to date that has not been the case. There only solution seems to be is get me different printers and enter into another lease. I no longer can trust their recommendation. I was pleased with old printers and now am stuck with lease for printers that do not meet my needs based on their recommendation. You would open they would assist us in getting out of lease and bare some financial responsibility for a poor recommendation and solution.

I have been using Hilliard Office Solutions for almost 3 years now. They have gone above and beyond to make sure our office is completely happy with our machine. They are also very quick to respond. I would recommend them to anyone!

We have had service for under a year. Josh and Erica came out several times to make sure we knew the product we were receiving. Josh our sales contact has always answered questions when we had them and if we had an issues they were out quickly to repair.
