- RDRoxan David4 days ago2.0Elsa is a cute little town but the only flaw here is the post office. Most of us need po boxes and occasionally have issues receiving packages.

Even tho it has both my pobox and physical address. Please start checking the full info. I’m tired of my items being sent back, because you can’t follow your own guidelines.

Bad customer service. I printed my own passport application, went for my appointment everything was ready to send out my card wasn't going through. The lady with yellow hair said, you don't have enough funds in your account. She said I had to reschedule. After that I went to put gas at H E B my card went through. I should have read the reviews before going to that post office in Elsa Tx. SOMEONE FROM MAIN OFFICE NEEDS TO TRAIN THIS PEOPLE OR CLEAN HOUSE. THEY DON'T DESERVE NOT EVEN 1 STAR.
