They never have passport applications. don't ask questions because they Always answer with, I don't know. It seems like they there only for a paycheck. Bad customer service. I printed my own passport application, went for my appointment everything was ready to send out my card wasn't going through. The lady with yellow hair said, you don't have enough funds in your account. She said I had to reschedule. After that I went to put gas at H E B my card went through. I should have read the reviews before going to that post office in Elsa Tx. SOMEONE FROM MAIN OFFICE NEEDS TO TRAIN THIS PEOPLE OR CLEAN HOUSE. THEY DON'T DESERVE NOT EVEN 1 STAR. I WILL BE GOING TO THE ONE IN WESLACO MY NEIGHBOR RECOMEND ME THAT LOCATION...

Every time I or family members go to this office there's an issue, issues that apparently only exist for this location. The attendants are rude, they don't explain the process of anything. I'll stick to going to other post offices for my postal needs.

They send items back right away if you don't pick up withing a few days. This never happened before. Horrible service. Fire all of them.
