When I was asking questions she dismissed me and she was chewing gum with an open mouth very very disrespectful and when I try to ask for a management, she told me he left and would not give me a phone number or way of contact , not only was the treatment rude, but she threw my package behind her to the basket without care.

I also saw the worst customer service the Hispanic behind the counte had the sorriest attitude with the lady she was supposed to be helping the usps rep the worst she treated the lady terribly. Hope this gets to the Postmaster (Troy).
