My business companion and I recently worked with the owner of The UPS Store in Elgin on a project for a client presentation. The level of experience was outstanding from start to finish. His professionalism, print expertise, and attention to detail truly sets this location apart. The final materials were just what I needed to look vibrant, and presentation-ready. Brian made suggestions for a substrate that I hadn't considered, but I was in a hurry. Next time, I will need to look into something like that for a backing for our presentation. Beyond the quality of the work, the customer service was exceptional. Communication was clear, turnaround was timely, and I felt valued throughout the process. We ended up having a nice chat afterwards how his business could assist me with other projects which I will take a closer look at. I highly recommend this location to any business professional who needs reliable, high-quality printing services. Appreciate your professional service this week!
I spent last weekend working on an advertising project for a client who owns several grocery stores and needed high-quality large-format prints for a presentation. I immediately thought of Brian at The UPS Store in Elgin. Anyone who’s worked with Brian knows his level of expertise and deep knowledge of the printing business. When I’m presenting to clients, everything has to look sharp, professional, and vibrant. Brian consistently delivers exactly that—producing beautiful comps at a very reasonable price. For me, it comes down to working with a reliable professional who knows how to get the job done and truly understands customer service. On my most recent visit, Brian made me feel like I was the most important person in the room. He recognized me right away, came over with my flyers, and walked through each piece with me.
I’m always impressed with the final proofs from his UPS Store. There’s something special about collaborating with someone who genuinely cares about craftsmanship—reviewing the design together once it’s printed and discussing the final output. Brian’s thoughtful suggestions along the way make a real difference. He’s greatly appreciated, and I highly recommend him to anyone needing top-quality printing services.
Thank you Brian for your expediency and professionalism. I value you for all your efforts. Looking forward to my next business transaction with you. Best, Patrick.

I had a very last minute request to stop a package delivery and return to me. The owner of the store was very supportive and responsive to my needs. He quickly put in return to sender request! The package is now set to return at any time now. My thanks to this gentleman and UPS for helping me at a bad time. They are the store we will always use.

Literally one of, it not the most, poorly run UPS location I have the benefit of visiting. Staff is a revolving door, waning more visits than not are training days for somebody. Poor technical
Literacy of the staff results in extraordinary times to do simple print tasks. Inadequate counter space leaves retirees holding their boxes for twenty minutes or being forced to place them on the ground.
I can believe and appreciate this is not the easiest business to run, but the lack of ability to improve is disappointing. Despite the average UPS franchise location netting approximately $700k per year, this location has managed to leave absent some core business function that allows for any level of efficient operation.
Save yourself time and heartache; head to another location such as Bastrop.

The service at this location is frustrating. The older gentleman who works there is clearly tired from his job and has weight issues, which may be contributing to his problem, but his bad temper is beyond belief and borders on rudeness and disrespect towards customers. He's also racist. It's unbelievable. I've been to this location several times because there isn't another one nearby, but this time I can't stand not saying something. I'm sending him some information by email to print. He checks his computer and tells me it hasn't arrived. I say, "Sir, it hasn't arrived yet." He tells me my email is working fine and nothing has come through. When he opens the email for another customer to print what I sent, I tell him, "Look, my name is right there." I've sent it three times already. The man speaks rudely to me and says, "Ma'am, wait your turn. Don't interrupt when I'm helping another customer." My God, this is unacceptable. I've seen him there before, mistreating other people who don't speak English well, and I couldn't stand it and intervened to help. But honestly, I'm never going back to this place. It's horrendous how they treat people, especially this man. I think he's the owner. I think he should retire and let people who are more aware of what it means to serve customers take over.
