Yes there is a line sometimes. And things can get backed up if a customer has a need beyond just mailing or returning something to Amazon but they are patient. Customers need to be as well.

When the man that works there (owner?) couldn’t find my son’s address in his system, I called my son to verify it. While I was talking to my son the man mutters “he doesn’t even know his own address?” I guess he thought I couldn’t hear him! Meanwhile, the address came up fine in google maps and my son has received numerous Amazon packages so the address is right. Then the man just walks away without telling me if he’s figured it out (which apparently he had). I asked him if he’d please tape the edges in addition to just the seam and he said, “I don’t know why since the bottom edges aren’t taped either”. And of course he didn’t bother to tape the bottom edges. I was doing my best to be pleasant and have a smile in my face but these folks just come across as miserable with their lives and take it out on their customers! I couldn’t use the post office since it was Veterans Day. I think I’d consider driving into Austin before giving these folks my business again!

There are two people, an older man and woman, with terrible attitudes. They seem tired all the time and can't stand serving customers. If they don't want to be there, why are they there? We are paying for a service, it's not free, and they act as if they were providing it for free with the worst possible behavior.
