Personal like that should be upfront.

I arrived based on that information, only to be told that walk-ins are actually at 8:00 AM and that you must arrive before 8 to be helped. This is misleading and a waste of customers’ time. The posted hours need to be accurate.

- KBK BFeb 3, 20261.0The driver that delivers to the horizon area refuses to deliver packages and letter and so we have to come pick them up at this location, which is 25 minutes away. My neighbor has cancer and he's not getting part of his medication on time, so I have to come pick it up or else it won't get redelivered. Which is about 1 hour wait everyday. Despite letting her know this, the woman at the pick up counter said "well if you want your mail, you're going to have to come pick it up." And quickly left to the back.
