At that point, Denise finished attending to her customer and came to us. She then noticed that my document would not print because it was not in PDF form. Instead of saying to us "sorry I am unable to download it and print it" she took the time to try to convert it to a PDF form with my laptop. It took her a while but with her knowledge in computer skills she was able to convert the file and print it for me. I strongly believe that Denise is an asset to your company! And that her and Lily have very good customer service skills.
