    If I could give this store zero stars I would. Walked in to the store last week and overheard the new manager yelling at one of his employees. How unprofessional. I willl take my time and drive all the way to viscount to avoid that toxic environment.

    Dropping off the package at the UPS store at Ft.Bliss was a very easy process very fast efficient and the gentleman was very polite. This is definitely my place to come and take care of everything that I need when I have to return a package..

    The owner is a flat out racist that made it a point to tell me that I should be grateful he allowed me to return my items to his store. Spoke to like this in front of other customers and his employees. Flat out told me I wasn’t important because I was returning Amazon products. Then when the clerk was about to scan my barcode he told her to step aside and allowed the next customer to come up in front of me. When I asked why, he said I was taking too long and wasting his time. As he put he doesn’t care about Amazon customers or people like me for that matter. After being blatantly disrespected and talked down to I made it a point to apologize to the service member that witnessed him treat me like that. He said he wanted to say something because he felt that was an uncomfortable situation and felt his behavior wasn’t appropriate at all towards because I wasn’t rude to him. He had important documents to get sent off and after seeing how he was talking to me he just wanted to get his stuff sent and feared he would refuse him service too. If he doesn’t want Amazon customers dropping items off at his location as he stated then maybe he should post a sign in the window and cancel whatever agreement he has with the company. To talk to another human being the way he did and in front of others is mind blowing. IG, AAFES, Board of Directors and BBB needs to investigate this matter so no one else has to go through what I went through. As he put it while walking out, “My kind isn’t welcomed there”. It’s heartbreaking to know this man was granted access to the base and is allowed to treat Service members and their families like his own personal toilet. That’s just how shocking and nasty his behavior was to me in front of other customers. Nobody should be subjected to this sort of treatment and told to go elsewhere because “their kind isn’t welcomed there”. The man literally made the “shoo” gesture at me when I said he should be reported for his abhorrent behavior and even stated he didn’t care with a menacing grin on his face. His behavior shouldn’t be tolerated by any patron and should make one’s skin crawl with how alarming his behavior was. I look forward to having the footage reviewed by everyone involved with authorizing his contract with the base and with UPS because it will show me standing there in a state of shock and embarrassment. Not once did I raise my voice or belittle him, he did all the verbal assaulting.

    Be careful with this store. The new owner is flat out disrespectful. I dropped off 2 items for return to Amazon yesterday and tried to explain to them that one item didn’t get scanned. Instead of double checking just to be on the safe side I was dismissed and told it was and that I should only have one label. Later that night I checked my account and sure enough it wasn’t scanned in. Each item had its own barcode and I tried to explain that but like I said I was dismissed. Called today to try and get this sorted and this guy was a totally rude and didn’t even try to work with me on fixing this issue. Shocking considering he’s the new owner of the store, you’d think he’d want to start off on the right foot. Offered to email the barcode and was told I couldn’t do that. Then I asked him what would happen to my item and he just said the best he could do is put it to the side but made it clear that it wouldnt be there for long. One would think that if the error was on your end that you’d try to rectify the situation as quick and efficient as possible so as not to inconvenience the customer that did their part. No instead I was told he didn’t have time to speak to me and had better things to do, 2 seconds later he hung up on me. Not sure how many other packages have been misplaced because of their poor business practices but please beware and don’t let them screw you over and or misplace your items too. As long as he can take your money he doesn’t seem to care about what happens to your valuable items. Oh and just a heads up, I spoke to another store about this location and apparently they’ve been getting a ton of people complaining about him. If he wants to keep his contract with Ft Bliss then he might want to rethink his business approach and definitely work on his customer service skills…yikes! Running a shady business is the quickest way to get your contract pulled.
