I have been a Kinko’s customer for over twenty-five years frequenting the Montana & Airways location whenever I was in town. Now I live in EP and I needed to print a label, so I decided to stop in at the N. Mesa at Executive Blvd. location. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Rude, Arrogant and LAZY. I printed the label, bought a mailer and asked if I could have a piece of tape to secure the label to my package. The young, arrogant man (6’1” 310 lbs) told me it would cost $4.99. I asked, “for a piece of tape?!” He said yes, because “it’s a packing service” he remarked smugly. I said, “Never mind!” Then he smugly said, “Have a beautiful day!” This location needs a master class in Customer Service and could learn from the excellent staff at the Montana & Airways location. No wonder this location is rarely busy - AVOID THIS BUSINESS; Don’t waste your time & money here.

They told me 10 to 15 minutes. I come back 2 hours later. There goes. Oh, we'll do it for you now. Wait for another 15 or 20 minute. That's after 2 hours and I don't really recommend this place at all. And they were so nasty, and they have attitude.
