- JRJuan Rodriguez1 day ago1.0THIS POST OFFICE WILL LIE ABOUT SIGNATURE DELIVERIES AND NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO KNOCK Came to pick the package that wasn’t delivered the line was super long, had heard and seen postal office employees laughing and joking about other customers ignorance on how to package correctly (to be exact it was a talk old white man with a deep voice and white hair, with a smaller bald short Latino man who looked miserable) they were Literally Extremely RUDE poor attitude workers who do not care about your postage or their job. El Paso only has 3 Post offices and this is the only one that seems to be a problem. I have freinds that work as city officials I’m fed up with this postal office as a ecom business owner and I’m going to take this to the city concil. My customers, my time and family rely on this post office to do their due diligence and act appropriately.

Weekends are a busy time with the window, which is when people are able to come to get mail. IT NEEDS 2 people and more organization so they are not walking too far for things. I moved to a new area and have been waiting since July for them to get their act together here. Met a lady who has been waiting close to a year. You’d think they’d be tired of people standing so much in line and having to work the window …. Disappointed with our USPS

When i call no one can tell me where my package is!! Crazy!!! UPDATE: I just received a phone call saying that my package was either lost or damaged. 500$ package gone. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED!!!!
- NNNoahNov 14, 20251.0I was holding off writing this review, but it is time. I have received US Mail all over the country and the world. I have never had to wait in line for 30+ minutes just to pickup mail. I have also never tried to pickup mail in person and had a live person hand me someone else’s mail. Three times I have received notification that a package was delivered here either the morning of the day I tried to pick up, or the day prior and the staff were unable to find it. There is clearly a failure in leadership at this location as they have failed to implement systems to deliver mail to thousands of mailboxes in the El Paso area. The worst part is our congressional representative for this area has already contact the USPS a couple months ago and from my perspective there is no movement. I recommend going to a local business that provides PO Boxes and rent a box, or try to use FedEx or UPS if you find yourself without a physical mailbox near your house.

Look like he was going to get into a fight. There’s only one person working at the window. There’s no instructions or transparency on where to go and how the process might be. Again, I think it’s ridiculous. We should be waiting just to pick up a key. Never ever had I had any issues with the north east postal office
