- SCSh Ch4 days ago1.0Rude customer service at the pickup window. The customer service associate assumed I knew about a yellow line simply because I had picked up a package here twice before. I was waiting patiently in line and was not aware of the yellow line nor did I see it before crossing it. Instead of explaining it politely, she spoke to me rudely. She continued to be rude even though I waited patiently while she assisted another customer who had to cut the line due to a pending issue. She did not make me aware of this until it was already my turn at the window. The interaction was unprofessional and unpleasant. This employee does not know how to treat customers appropriately. This occurred on January 9th 2026 between 1:00–2:00 PM. Female worker. Additionally, I’ve had past issues at this USPS location where important mailed documents were lost and never delivered, and the redelivery option has never worked for my address. Overall, very disappointing service.

My home is a new construction so this is my life at least once a week until I get my mailbox keys which they said could take 6 months to a year. Please figure out a new working system because the current system isn’t working at all. ONE PERSON FOR 50 customers in line? And no it’s not fast paced. They spend minimum of 20 mins per customer. Just close this post office at this point.
