My neighbor has cancer and he's not getting part of his medication on time, so I have to come pick it up or else it won't get redelivered. Which is about 1 hour wait everyday. Despite letting her know this, the woman at the pick up counter said "well if you want your mail, you're going to have to come pick it up." And quickly left to the back.
