Would give 0 stars. Had a package literally disappear, was delivered to a random PO Box, assigned to this office. And they couldn’t locate with tracking, the station chief gave me his number, and then acted like it was an inconvenience to answer, when he did answer. That was about 3 weeks ago. Still haven’t found my package.

I am writing to express my severe disappointment and concern regarding the unprofessional conduct of two staff members on duty when I visited the facility on October 21st. 9:15 AM The first employee, identified as Miss Cecily, displayed an extremely unpleasant and rude attitude throughout my interaction. Customer-facing staff are expected to maintain professionalism, and her demeanor was disrespectful and unwelcoming. The second, younger female employee working alongside Miss Cecily, was continuously on her personal cell phone. This continued even while she was actively assisting customers, demonstrating a complete lack of focus and respect for the patrons' time and needs. She never once put the device down. This level of unprofessionalism and rudeness is unacceptable for any organization, and particularly egregious for a facility that serves military service members and their families. The staff's behavior on this date was a discredit to the service and standards expected of this location. I urge management to address this behavior immediately to ensure that all customers receive the professional courtesy and service they deserve.

Need better hours. How are we supposed to ship anything between pt and work if you open at 830. Also if you come during lunch it may take your entire lunch and make you late. Go elsewhere if possible

Just moved here since my hubby got stationed out here. We never had issues with a post office till moving here. It took us a month to get mail keys after being told we’d have keys no later than 2 weeks. We honestly wouldn’t even have our keys if we didn’t file in a complaint. They don’t even communicate with their drivers properly so now I have mis- put mail, says it was delivered in mailbox and it’s not. I see how this post office is the lowest rating one in our area.
