I had a package that should have been delivered to me and I was home at the time and date they stated they delivered the package but it was never delivered. I use the postal app to get ema information and tracking information and it clearly shows that they delivered it my address. This was not the case meaning the mail carrier either stole my package or was too incompetent to do their job accurately. In either case this is a federal crime which deserves some form of justice to be taken. Until that time the US postal service cannot be considered a reliable source of mail or package delivery system. Look elsewhere for a reliable carrier unless you want your mail stolen.

We did the passport application online and printed it before going, but they have forms there also. We did the passport pictures from Walgreens, but they do them there too so no need to have pictures beforehand! The lady who helped us was nice!

- LSlealah salinasAug 17, 20251.0Terrible delivering service last time they took my big packages to a completely different apartment number and building on the opposite side of my apartments , this time they can’t find my apartment at all again and I have clear instructions , I tried calling customer service it’s a robot sending me in circles , I tried changing my delivery address on their website , there’s a bug or something every time I pressed enter nothing would happen idk what to do I’m just returning the things I ordered because it’s not worth the time , this is a terrible delivery service
