I have been waiting over a month to receive a mailbox key. When I politely asked for an update on the status, I was met with extreme hostility from a manager named Kudi. Instead of providing a timeline or an explanation, Kudi was verbally abusive, used profanity toward me, and physically invaded my personal space in a threatening manner. This behavior was so escalated that another manager, Omar, had to step in to de-escalate the situation. It is deeply concerning that a customer cannot inquire about basic mail services without being subjected to harassment and intimidation by management. I have filed a formal report with the USPS Office of Inspector General (OIG) and have video footage of the encounter. Avoid this location if you expect professional service or timely access to your mail.

- RMRichard MarquezNov 12, 20251.0This postal location is suppose to deliver packages and mail responsibly, but instead they steal your mail. I had a package that should have been delivered to me and I was home at the time and date they stated they delivered the package but it was never delivered. I use the postal app to get ema information and tracking information and it clearly shows that they delivered it my address. This was not the case meaning the mail carrier either stole my package or was too incompetent to do their job accurately. In either case this is a federal crime which deserves some form of justice to be taken. Until that time the US postal service cannot be considered a reliable source of mail or package delivery system. Look elsewhere for a reliable carrier unless you want your mail stolen.
