- RSRommel SotoAug 16, 20251.0Very poor service. The employee named Robert was extremely unhelpful and rude. He responded in a sarcastic way, threw my packages without the slightest care, and showed clear annoyance. He even tossed my receipt with complete disrespect. On top of that, he personally selects the “positive feedback” option after the service, which feels dishonest. All of this happened simply because I was attended two minutes before noon on a Saturday, and by the time he finished, it was 12:01 pm. That is no excuse for such unprofessional behavior.

He acts like you’re doing him a favor and has been there for over a year. I rather drive 11 more minutes to a different postal office than reach out to my nearest one that is one minute away from me.
