    They need more windows open. The front desk workers are doing the best they can under the conditions. If you arrive and there isn't a long line you have hit the jackpot. Which does not occur often.

    UPDATE: They lied, the package was marked delivered, then it was marked as "held at office upon customer request, this doesn't match what the tracking number said. They don't know where it is. $450 down the drain, just like that. Item was "delivered", still haven't gotten it. Moral of this story, don't trust the feds with your package. Use other private mail carriers.

    No one is here to help to find the lost package. All the employees were just waisting time by saying the system is down/internet is down. And even no counter was open to help people.
