Went to the office and they said they would open a investigation about the missing mail and call me back a day or so later and never got a call. They've lost my bank card, doordash card and texas drivers license. No organization in the office whatsoever. Get new people or at least more organization people.

Why even accept packages on Saturday if youre going to let them sit until next week. Lame, trash, incompetent, and lazy.
