Nobody knows anything and are useless. Yes the addresses have been updated however there are still items that slip through the cracks and the whole point of the mail forwarding is when you get mail at your new address with the yellow label that is the notice to go to that sender to update the address. What’s the point of paying for a forwarding service when they don’t even forward anything.

Come on man, it's wide inside but the door of the mailbox is not. Last night we have to forced take it out the medicine wider than the door. Husband was so mad that this issue keeps on going. Think pls. Just put in the parcel if your not sure if we can take it out. Geez!
