    I overpaid for my customers to have secure packaging just for them to tell me I can’t treat my customers right by paying for more secure packaging because my customers paid for regular shipping. Illogical practices to hurt customers AND THEY WERE RUDE AND PROVIDED NO SOLUTIONS! This is the real kicker. How about help me solve the problem and let’s move forward with what needs to be done? Staff should retrain!
