- SPSharn PayneNov 15, 20251.0This store has had an issue with two of my amazon returns now and says the box isn’t shippable. It’s a box and it’s shippable because I’ll just take this to another store and they will take it with no issues. You guys are pretty useless. You have one job so just do your one job especially when I’ve packed it and put the label on it myself from my own printer. You just need to scan it and take the box but apparently that’s too hard at this location. Also your little ads are like in person spam so stop stapling them or putting my tracking receipt on them. Places like this are why I prefer FedEx, too bad Amazon doesn’t use them.

Because of their negligence I only earned $3.50 for selling an item because UPS took the other $40. Im so livid it's not even funny! I'm so sick of UPS driver miscalculating the weight of a box and taking my hard earned money from my online sales! I'm so pissed!!! This happens all the time! Even when I sell the same 5lb item of something else and I have 2 scales at home they'll claim it's 30 to 40lbs and take almost my money from my sales. It takes a lot for me to grt this mad but imaging someone stealing all your money that supports your rent and bills!
